BIPA with Cascade?

So I got a hell of a deal on some 6.4% AA cascades (2014 crop) and I want to use them in a all cascade BIPA. 4oz cost me $3.80!!
Will this go? Only have capacity for 3gal batches.
I'm thinking 85% 2-row , 5% Crystal 80 , and 10% Midnight Wheat.

Not sure about the BIPA, but have you considered buying hops by the pound instead of by the ounce? At Yakima Valley hops you can buy a pound of cascade for $13.99, equivalent to 4 oz for $3.50.
