Bigger beer yeast questions

Good Day all,

I'm quite new to big beers, I've got a couple brews under my belt, but so far I've topped out at around 7%.

A good friend of mine is brewing a beer this weekend, that should have an SG of around 1.094 . He's using S-04 yeast, and we're thinking that it may end up at around 1.024 to 1.017 for an abv of 10.1% to 11% .

Would 14g of S-04 be enough for this monster brew?
