It's been out for a while, personally it tastes a little young. I had a 2008 the other day and it was right on the money. Buy a case and let it sit for a year.

I bought 10 cases of 2009 in January....I won't bother opening any up until xmas. I just opened my 2008 and its getting tasty...but not as good as my 2007.
Time really does make a difference with Bigfoot...after all they just bottled around the 10 of january...only like 60 days old....way to young for my tastes.

Buying a case of the 2009 now and aging do you reccomend refrigerator aging, cellar or room temp aging?
