Grain Bill:
12 lbs Pale Malt 2 row US
1 lb 8 oz Munich Malt
1 lb Crystal 60

Need some feedback please.

Hops:
2 oz Centennial Boil 60 min.
2 oz gelena Boil 60 min.
2 oz glacier Boil 15 min.
1 oz galaxy Boil 10 min.
1 oz glacier Boil 10 min.
2 oz Galaxy Boil 0 Min.
2 oz Glacier Dry Hop secondary 10 days

Additives:
2 lbs Corn Sugar at first sign of boil
1 Whirlfloc Boil 15 min.
 
A few things to consider, for a batch this high gravity...
1) No starter planned? you should use a stir plate, and a yeast starter, for this brew.
2) you will need to dissolve oxygen in the wort, not sure if aeration will suffice.
3) That's a lot of dextrose, I'd cut the amount by half. Or else, it has the chance of severely drying out your beer.
4) you could add the dextrose (corn sugar) later in the boil, there is no reason to boil it for that long.
5) Thats a lot of crystal 60, I'd cut the amount by half, at least.
