I think I would leave this one in the fermenter for 5 or 6 weeks, then bottle if the gravity is close to where it is predicted to end and is stable. It should be pretty good by Christmas, even better by next Christmas.
 
Yeah man. Age this thing. Crack a bottle open after its carbonation period to make sure it's where it should be, and just leave it be for a while.
 
Haha thanks man- so if the beer is gross, they can at least have a cool bottle lol
