Bestmalz Lot Number to use at Country Malt Group

I'm trying to figure out which set of numbers and letters represents the lot number on a bag of Pilsner malt from BestMalz, so I can get the lot analysis from CMG. Anyone have any clue? The printing on the bag is PO11025 0094 445323 P3,5.

For anyone needing it for future reference, the BestMalz lot number is the first block of numbers immediately after the PO.
