We do a cranberry kettle sour every year. Basically just a gose grain bill without the salt and 1lb/gallon of cranberries. However, this year, we're toying with adding some orange flavor to it, not too much though. I read through a couple of older threads where it appears that the thought process was to use orange zest for the best flavor contribution.

Anyone doing orange beers? What's your preferred method for orange flavoring?

Any hop recommendations that would compliment those two fruits? Mandarina Bavaria maybe?

Summit can be orange-like.

I zest the orange, and throw it in some boiling water at flameout to add at packaging (priming solution if bottling, plain water if kegging).
