Was wondering if 47 degrees is to low to ferment a all grain amber ale. I want to use my kegerator to keep the wort cool, but it only goes down to 47. My basement right now is around 75 or so, wondering if that is to warm. It seems a lot harder to brew beer in the summer time.

That's a little low, most ale yeast prefer mid 60's, some will tolerate the high 50's, at below 50 the yeast will probably just go dormant on you.
