SSIA, I don't mind paying for quality but would like to keep the cost relatively reasonable.
I picked up a Lowes (by igloo) 10 gallon (well, picked up 2 of them) for $35.00 each.
I then ordered 2 Stainless Ball valves form Aliexpress.com for $12.50 each.
Ordered a different gasket for the seal since I prefer it $1.00
total: $48.50 per mash tun.
So I have 2 fully functional mash tuns for under 100. I also ordered a brew bag instead of a false bottom. This past weekend for the first time. 168 degree into the cooler with 10# of grain and read 153 after stiring, after 1 hour 5 minutes into the kettle was 151 degrees.
Shop around on the cooler, Some stores have it for 49-54 but they have clearance ones (it's only the sku and the handles) for 35.00.
The valves took 9 days to get to me from alixpress:

But if you can, always try to support your local homebrew shop with the day to day items and ingredients! (they just could not touch the pricing on the valves..)
Always check bargainfittings.com first. Cheap and fast!

I did, that $12.50 was everything from bulkhead, with spare gasket to nozzle... shipped. nothing else needed except a hole. (which was already there).
