Can't speak to cost/model, but I cleaned a 3 piece valve recently. It was very nice for getting things clean.

The brewhardware bulkheads are the best on the market by a country mile.

Bought all my stuff from

https://www.brewhardware.com

Couldn't be happier.

For my Igloo Mash Tun, Igloo HLT and my brew pot, I ordered this:

1 of : 3-piece Ball Valve, 1/2" NPT
$17.99
3 of : Camlock Quick Disconnects - Cam F
$12.00
1 of : Camlock Quick Disconnects - Cam Kit BL
$10.50
1 of : SS Hose Clamp, Liner Clamp For Silicone Tubing - 9408 - Large
$1.50
1 of : True Weldless Bulkhead - With 90 ELBARB (mini diptube) [Truebulkhead Hole Size:13/16" Hole, Standard Oring Design]
$19.00
3 of : UltraClear Silicone Tubing by the foot, 1/2" ID x 3/4" OD (1/8" Thick Walls)

I picked up a Lowes (by igloo) 10 gallon (well, picked up 2 of them) for $35.00 each.
I then ordered 2 Stainless Ball valves form Aliexpress.com for $12.50 each.
Ordered a different gasket for the seal since I prefer it $1.00
total: $48.50 per mash tun.

So I have 2 fully functional mash tuns for under 100. I also ordered a brew bag instead of a false bottom. This past weekend for the first time. 168 degree into the cooler with 10# of grain and read 153 after stiring, after 1 hour 5 minutes into the kettle was 151 degrees.

Shop around on the cooler, Some stores have it for 49-54 but they have clearance ones (it's only the sku and the handles) for 35.00.

The valves took 9 days to get to me from alixpress:

But if you can, always try to support your local homebrew shop with the day to day items and ingredients! (they just could not touch the pricing on the valves..)

Always check bargainfittings.com first. Cheap and fast!

I did, that $12.50 was everything from bulkhead, with spare gasket to nozzle... shipped. nothing else needed except a hole. (which was already there).

That's a good deal! I've bought on ali a few times, but there's always been a long wait to get the items. Very good prices though...
