Best Mini Fridge for Fermentation

I'm looking to invest in a mini fridge to use for my fermentation. I've heard the Sanyo is a good one but it got discontinued. Any other suggestions? I want to store just one 6.5 gallon carboy.

I can't say if there's a particular brand that's the best I would troll Craigslist and just find one for the right price before buying new

If your looking at craigslist, look at wine fridgers/wine cellars as well. They have temp controls built in.
