Best Low Density 120V Element?

Looking to get a 14-16 hundred watt 120V element for reicirc in a rims tube. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or possibly using a 220 volt ld element on 120. The only restriction is that it has to fit in a 2" rims tube. Thanks, Carl
