I am trying to set a pipeline. I have two fermentors, two 5 gal carboy secondaries, and two kegs. What brews have the best turn around time and what additions to my set up would you suggest. I have a 15 gallon keggle two friges. would like to have 5 beers on tap, 4 by thanksgiving..... Currently i primary for 7 days, secondary for 5, then cold crash for two and bottle or keg. thanks, Chia

Deception Cream Stout you can find the recipe on this site. Its definitely my house stout, can't keep it around when it's made.

Get another fermenter.

That way if you have three you can brew every week and still leave the beers in the fermenter for a full three weeks. Eventually you will have a good pipeline in place and you can then take on brews that require more time.

I also have a couple of 5 gal carboys that I rarely use so I sneak a 4 gal batch into those occasionally.

I have built up a nice pipeline so now I don't have to worry about trying to rush any brews.
