Best Beer to bring to Vegas??

So gonna brew a beer for my wife's cousin's 21st birthday in Vegas...

Anyone have any good ideas? I was thinking of Tallgrass breweries Velvet Rooster.. NB is selling them for 50 bucks or so.

Anyone have any experience with flying with beer? Airlines seem to be ok with it as long as you check it, at least from what I have read on the internet.

I bring back dogfish head all the time on my trips. I use clothes and wrap up every bottle. I've never had a problem but have noticed slips inside my luggage saying it was inspected.

Would have posted earlier but I was placing my NB order for Dead Ringer IPA with a 15% discount .
When is the birthday? The Tallgrass Velvet Rooster takes 2 months to be ready.
Flying with beer is cool with the airlines, careful packing will prevent immediate need for a laundry mat

Want to brew it early so it has some time to condition in the bottle as well. Might order it this weekend.

How large of a batch will you be transporting? Getting 5 gallons on a plane may be a weight issue.

I'll probably just bring a case.. Velvet Rooster is 8% abv.. I'm assuming it will put these kids on their ass after like 2 of them... Not real big drinkers. Should be an interesting trip.
