Just got a 10g milk can:

WOW! much higher quality than I thought. Here is the plan:

1. Drill lid for air lock

2. Heat water in can to 158

3. Heat water in our 55g boil pot to 148 with E- HERMS

4. Mill grain and add to can for thick mash

5. Add can to water bath (in BK) to hold mash for 45 min

6. Set heat to 122 and wait for mash to cool.

7. Pitch raw grain

8.. Purge can with co2 and seal it up.

9. Wait 48hrs running E Herms at 122 the entire time.

10. Move mash to tun and sparge, 15 min boil, chill, ferment as normal.

See any problems?

I ran my Berliner for 48 hours as well. It is sir that's for sure. I wish I would have tested it more often. Additionally I was probably around 100°F
