Hey guys I'm going for a Hoegaarden water profile for this beer. I'm using RO water. I'm having a hard time keeping the salts and acids in check . Either my sodium is high or the chloride . This is what I have .

Desired water for Hoegaarden
Calcium- 90
Mag- 11
Sodium- 16
Sulfate - 82
Chloride - 53

My additions are
1.1 gypsum in mash and .8 g in sparge
2.1 g CaCI2 in mash and 1.7 g in sparge
3.2 ml lactic acid in mash & 1.4 ml sparge

This gives me the profile of
Cal - 85
Mag- 0
Sodium - 37
Sulfate - 86
Chloride - 108
Ph - 5.33

I'm trying to get the chloride down but when I do that my calcium drops too low . I feel like I'm on a teeter totter . Should I just go with it or is that chloride too high ? Any help would be appreciated.
