Making a Belgian White and see an all graiin recipe that calls for

6.0 lbs of 2 Row Barley
4.0 lbs of Flaked Wheat
1.0 lbs of Flaked Oats

Then hops and stuff
http://hopville.com/recipe/1206999/witbier-recipes/belgian-white-shock-top-clone-2012-03-11-version

I need a partial mash version and so the question is what will DME substitiute for here.

For example I'd like to keep the beer "white". So am am looking for an answer like Extra Light DME.

If I used 5 lbs of Extra Light DME then I only need
X lbs of 2 Row Barley Grains
Y lbs of Flaked Wheat Grains
Z lbs of Flaked Oats Grains

Any advice?

Anybody used Flaked Oats before... this will be a first for me. Any wisdom that can be passed along would be great.

comparing 3 - 12oz bottles of beer is not very fair as the 3rd bottle seems to get high honors regardless of taste ;)

Tried Shock Top and Great White and ?Sam Adams Summer Ale.
In that order - All good but I think that Great White beats them all
