I just racked a belgian saison into secondary after a month of primary, any recommendations on how long I wait to bottle condition? I was thinking 2 weeks.

If you're planning on using the bucket I see sitting on the floor in the second picture, the one with the tubing running into it, you've already secondaried plenty long. Using a bucket for secondary isn't recommended because after that long of a primary there will be little CO2 dissloved in the beer to create the CO2 blanket to protect your beer from aerobic bacteria that can cause an infection. I don't think the risk is worth any reward you would get from letting it sit any longer. I'd get that beer into bottles asap.
