Final thoughts....
I dumped the batch. First 2 weeks of carbing the beer was ok.
1 more week passed and i Had my first bottle bomb. It exploded in the garage but made quite a mess.
So i dumped them all. Also they were all gushers and tasted bad.....
So no bottling when Brett is on site.... lessson learned
