1) my cider has-been bottled and carbonated by adding some sugar and yeast. At which stage should I attempt to same a bottle. Did so last week. 1 month post bottling. Palatable but not great!
2) my rosehip wine that I set off 7 weeks ago, was racked off the lees 2 weeks ago as it had stopped bubbling through trap. It is still very hazy! Tried alcotec 24turboKlar couple of days ago. After 48 hours It's still hazy. Just doing 2nd fining should this work??
