I have done a couple kits in the past couple months, a red ale, an oktoberfest (at ale temp.), next kit is a kolsch. My brother wants me to brew a very mild, "non" hoppy beer. Not sure if I should try and find another kit or search for a recipe. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Kolsch is pretty mild on all fronts. It's not overly hoppy and it has a very clean malt profile. It's similar to a light lager but will be slightly fruitier and may finish with some light phenols (if you use real kolsch yeast.) Ferment it low and you'll end up with a very clean beer.

I would suggest a cream ale or an English mild.

mild kit from northern brewer looks pretty true to style

I did the northern brewer witbier kit a couple months ago, it was a hit maybe he'd like something like that.

Hey dude, my sister's boyfriend and I brewed his first batch recently and bottled last week. We'll have to get a brew day going when the temps outside won't result in frozen flesh.
