Hello, I've just started brewing and love it so far. This site is a fantastic resource. However, I seem to have hit a snag.
I've made 3 batches of beer so far, except they were kits, so all the ingredients you needed came with it.
Now, my question is, I bought a book called, "Clone Brews" by Mark and Tess Szamatulski. In this book of 200 recipes, they have lists of ingredients.
With those of you who buy from online stores, how do you handle it when a recipe calls for, '10 degree L German Light Crystal Malt (Cara-Hell)? I can't find that exact malt for the life of me. I don't think I'm looking in the right place.
I know what the degree means and everything, I've done a lot of research and reading on the subject of brewing, but I am very particular when it comes to finding the right ingredients to make a brew.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Jamie
