Hi
I just mixed green grapes juice with bread yeast and sugar and sat it in a normal temperature (around 25°) in a normal bottle
And I don't use any air locks or something else
Is it OK?
How long should I let it brew?
Thx

Well - it should ferment, but it probably won't taste very good. Look at some of the recipes here and buy some basic equipment.

Your concoction will probably take a few weeks to ferment out depending on the quality of the yeast. I'd say when you think it's done to put in in the fridge for a day to crash out the yeast, pour to another bottle leaving the yeast behind - repeat if necessary.
