I put down a batch of edworts apfelwein on 8/16, followed the recipe except for possibly the dextrose, my lhbs only sold in 4 lb bags, got really close to the 2 lb mark. However as of today 9/19 i am still getting tiny bubbles coming up to the top of the carboy, nothing to make the airlock move noticably, am I still able to bottle at this point? or should I wait?

I made a batch last spring. It was very slow but finished around .992 iirc. It has been in a keg since early may and is just now what I'd call good.
