Beersmith Water Profile Help

I'm having a heck of a time figuring this out. Below is the water report I've obtained. Can somebody have a look at what I've entered and let me know if I'm doing this right? My main concern is the SO4 and HCO3. I think I have everything else entered correctly but I'm really not sure. Also, do the values I have entered for target profile look right for an IPA? Thanks in advance for any input.

Shoot. Looks like the column I highlighted on the water report didn't highlight. I'm using the Tolt TPT-3 column.
