ok, my beersmith is not working and i am trying to brew this all grain recipie that i got from my HBS. its a Shoultz- Myer Brewery Double Trouble all grain ale. I know know that numbers. i have all the ingredients but that all i know. i dont know the water or temepatures or anything. i have just the gathered ingredients. what do i do? i am far from the HBS and none are close and i want to brew this beer! any advice happy new years
