Beersmith 2 - batch size vs. est post boil volume

Why does my estimated post boil volume in beersmith 2 not match my batch size? Do I have something wrong or is it calculating something else?

Estimated Post Boil Vol: 11.96
Pounds of Grain: 19.63
Water Needed: 16.25
Boil Volume: 13.09
Boil Time: 60 min

Post boil volume is before trub loss and chiller loss (~4%). Check your equipment profile for those two numbers.
