BeerAlchemy adding extract/timing question

So when you add LME to a recipe in Beer Alchemy it only gives you the options of "in mash/steeped", "start of boil", and "end of boil". What if I like to add part of my extract at the start of the boil and the rest about half way into the boil? Which option would I choose for the second half of the LME? Does it even matter?

Ok, so I was originally using a trial version when I asked this question. Today I purchased the software and I went to create a new recipe and now for some reason I can't change the time at all. I can't even choose between the three options it gives me. Is this a bug or something with the new version?
