Hi Brewers
Has anyone ever tried making a beer with just liquid malt extracts (mixing to give different flavour/colour) (no grain or DME) and isomerised hop extract?
Would I be right in saying no boil would be needed and the everything could just go straight into the fermenter? Given isomerised hops don't need to be boiled!
Any thoughts/experiences/suggestions?
