Im currently cold crashing my first brew and have added some gelatin. Im planning on bottlling sometime this weekend. Can I bottle it cold or should I pull it out of the fridge and let it warm up first?
 
Won't the gelatin have pulled yeast out of solution? How do you plan to carbonate in the bottle?
 
gelatin pulls haze proteins out of solution. not necessarily yeast. there will still be plenty of yeast to carb the beer.
 
I bottle cold, but that's because I only let it sit on the counter for about an hour after cold crashing w/gelatin.
 
The colder you bottle the more dissolved CO2 you will have in solution. If you can bottle very gently very cold you can have a lot of CO2 left in solution.

This can greatly affect your CO2 volumes and must be taken into account. The CO2 requires some time to get into solution so a short cold crash will not matter. However, if you cold condition for an extended period of the volume of CO2 will increase. It might reach 2.3 g/l at 50F. Even more if you can bung the fermentation vessel.
 
Its only been it the fridge since monday, and the gelatin went in tuesday night. It will be bottled then probably will sit at room temp til mid to late august due to vacations and work schedule.
