the beer is flat and the foam on top is frozen. weird.
 
When I first read the initial post, I was thinking a double tap that fits in a single hole. A friend has one; drill a single hole and the beer shank at the back is Y shaped. Two beers in tap from a single unit. Not sure where he got it, have never seen one other than his.
