Working on my coffin keezer design, and I'm trying to figure out the proper beer shank length setup.
The material thickness where the shanks will be mounted will be 3" to 3-3/4" thick (depending on if I need a spacer to allow for tap handle clearance). I want to have a little extra extra length exposed in the coffin.
I'm guessing at this point I need a 5-1/8" shank, but I'm having trouble finding actual dimensions. For instance, for a 5-1/8" shank, how long is the shank from the flange to the beer nut end of the shank?
