Hi All!

I was toying with the idea of making a Vanilla Walnut Brown Ale. Has anyone ever used any type or form of nuts in their brew? I've read a lot of theories ranging from toasting some chopped nuts, to using alcohol-based nut extracts. Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!
