Hello everyone,
I'm planning on brewing on the Fourth since there is no work! I'm planning on taking an extract kit from Northern Brewer of their Cream Ale. But I want to change it a little bit by adding some sweet orange peel at the end of the boil. And I also am thinking about adding some cranberry flavoring in the secondary. Does anyone have any opinions on this plan or have any other ideas for what I could add instead of orange and cranberry??
