Poetica and Maman 18 stand out, but probably because I've had them recently. Art b5 and Damon el Desarollo. Was 50n b4 released this year? A few things I haven't gotten around to trying yet will probably be contenders e.g. OGV Honing, Clover b2...

Seriously this may have been the most disappointing beer of the year for me... it wasn’t bad, just didn’t hold up to any of the other batches (or plum for that matter) for me

I liked it plenty ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I haven’t had Art b5 yet but Art Plum, to me, is a beer that didn’t do it for me (compared to some of the best beers out there). Of the HF plum beers, I liked CD Plum the best, then all batches of Flora Plum, then Art Plum. Though good ol’ Art b3 and b4 are above all of them.
And just to be clear, I think Art Plum is a very good beer.

I also agree on art plum, though I did like it better than b5, I think the (mostly) on-site only status pumped that one up

Man, had way too many great beers this year. Hard to make a list, but in no particular order.....

Straight Jacket - Got a bunch of cans, and was my go to movie theater beer for quite some time. So good! And no, I drank it out of a glass I also snuck in.

Bruery Sundae Sundae - I was suprised how well this one turned out. Had it at a share.

West Ashley - The last batch, made with a different type of apricots and puried. Crazy good! The first time I actually regret not getting more. I'm currently trying to cut my cellar in half, but this I'd give a pass. So good!

Moonraker Hollow Bones - My first BA beer from them. BA stout with maple and coffee. Nothing overwhelms, and the mouth feel is on point! Looking forward to cracking more in 6 months to see where its at.

Cellarmaker Lost Wisdom - The last batch was super balanced and on point with slight acid and lemon. Juat damn drinkable. They are seriously uping their sour game.

And lastly...

SARA Cellarman - the last batch. So good! Balanced in all the right ways and crazy drinkable fresh.

Definitely excited to see where newest cellarman goes with time. Two batches in 2018 and Recency b2? Along with every cellar bottle of 2018 and their occasional canning runs, it was a great year for SARA. Woven is another favorite I don't hear enough praise for.

agreed on SARA 2018 was a grand slam!

Beer I drank the most: Sierra Nevada Southern Gothic

Even though I'm thoroughly enjoying skiing/barleywine season. . .

Cannot wait for summer and crushing mass quantities of Southern Gothic. Love that beer. Totally entered the summer rotation of SNPA, Hottenroth, Stone White Ghost and every Anderson Valley gose.

Did we all settle on Two Hearted yet?

While the answer to this is always Two Hearted, there were some other standouts:

Drafting Table/Cultivate Coffee & Taphouse Collab--Bourbon Barrel Coffee Stout. Just ridiculous depth of flavor and mouthfeel on this. The best example of why you should drink coffee stouts fresh.

Depoe Bay Brewing Wheat IPA--this one shocked me. Family vacation and we stopped in for some lunch. The other beers I tried were unremarkable. This one was so good that my wife had to drive back to our vacation condo. Tasted like fresh Oberon that was dry hopped with citra and Nelson. Great, great beer.

Treehouse Double Shot--thickest beer I've ever had. I'm gonna need a LOT more of this. Thanks, davey101 !
