I'm using a 60 quart cooler filled with water and i Just rotate the ice bottles out. I've been toying with half liter water bottles and half gallon bottles trying to dial in a good tempreture without dropping it too much. So far hasn't broken above 65 but I have hit low 50s a few times so been messing with the ice levels.
