beer in cold, dead yeast?

I brewed a wheat beer about two months ago, and I put the carboy in the garage for the past week.. My question is this.. It is pretty cold outside, like snowy, and the beer was in the cold garage. Is the yeast still alive and will it be able to eat the sugar for carbonation? Thanks guys.

Was the beer frozen?
If no, the yeast will be just fine. If yes, its more of a maybe...
