Beer Dispenses Without Opening Tap

As soon as I hook up my faucet tubing with a picnic tap, ball lock version, the beer comes out of the tap without me opening the tap. I switched the tap and it does the same thing. Any ideas?

Perhaps you need a third, preferably from a different supplier at this point

I wonder if the beer could possibly be overcarbed? What happens if you pull the pressure relief valve and then try to dispense? How was the beer carbed up?

first, what PSI is the beer set at? second, the round top on the picnic tappers can unscrew and cause leaking. make sure its tight.

those taps will dispense at about 25psi, so pull your preassure relief, and then make it 5 psi.
