I think they were $75 a piece. They had these in store and I regret not buying a couple more. How much was one of these units? I can't see to find it on Costco's website.

This got me to go take a look at Costco. Looked pretty solid for $55! Sign said price is good until 31st.Another basement cellar. Nothing special just Costco shelves.

Don't worry, I will take that "bottom shelf" swill off your hands.just got new shelving for my storage unit, where i'm certain it stays 55 degrees year round.

I got a "beverage center" for my birthday that I use for cellaring. It stays between 48 and 49 degrees which is pretty good. My only problem now is that it's just about completely full so I have to drink as quickly as I buy...
the those metal racks....what are those white (what seem to look like large under trays)? Where did you get them?Might be time to start drinking this down... I have way too much beer, how did this happen?

The metal racks are from Lowe's like 60 dollars, I made the trays, just ****** mdf and glued and tacked a 1 inch by half inch border around it so no bottles can fall off.the those metal racks....what are those white (what seem to look like large under trays)? Where did you get them?
going to be adding some shelves to a storage closet and those look helpful.
Thanks for the heads up. I quickly removed my like of his post because I thought they were floriduhweisseNice collection of New England-style IPAs, there!
Just got this guy set up! Wife isn't real happy it's in our bedroom but we don't have basements in Florida so you gotta do what you gotta do![]()

Those shelves have served me well but they do start to bow after a while if they aare full. They are supposed to be ilke 400-800 lbs per shelf so I am not sure why they are bowing. Shouldn't have any issues if its not 100% full
I posted about this somewhere else before, but I have the same type of shelves and they were also bowing. Then, I saw a picture of somebody's shelf when one of them failed and they lost like 30 bottlesI was concerned about this because I have similar shelving in my garage and shed and they've all bowed (I'm sure humidity is also a factor). I'm keeping a close eye on them and made sure not to fully load down any one shelf in particular. Thank you for looking out!

The next day, I went to Home Depot and bought one huge piece of 3/4" plywood and had them cut it to size for the 4 shelves I use. No more bowing and under $20 for a fix. Strongly recommended.
SexyFor my shelving, I'm thinking of going with IKEA butcher block and steel pipe. My shelves will be permanent fixtures though, so I'm trying to make it look as nice as possible.
Something along the lines of this (I think I'd have 4 shelves by 5 or 6 feet long):

Yup... back in 2013. And I would just drink through most of it. In my experience not a lot BA stouts hold up very well, especially if they're already BA. Just my 2 cents. I've been drinking through my cellar for years and keeping mostly big Broohery and Lambic, and a few barley wines.
