Beer and Cheese...

I liked smoked Gouda with Nut Brown Ale.Just my taste,
to each his own.

That's kind of the cool part with it, there really isn't a wrong combo as long as you like it.

I bought it at igourmet for $9.99 for an 8oz. wedge and the shipping was steep. I bought more than just that cheese though. They did a damn good job of packaging it...there was a cardboard box, with a styrofoam "cooler" thing, with two large ice packs, and bubble wrap (for cheese ), and the cheese wedges were sliced and vacuum sealed individually. They also only had fast shipping methods for perishables...I ended up getting it after only 1 day of shipping which was awesome. I've received beer bottles with less care taken...

I liked smoked Gouda with Nut Brown Ale.

Had smoked Gouda with bacon. Incredible! Went nice with a Chinook IPA.
