Beer Alchemy - Ingredients not showing up

So, I see US White Wheat in the ingredients list, but it doesn't show up in the recipe formulator. What am I doing wrong?

I really hope I didn't just blow $30 on a worthless piece of software...

All the stuff in the ingredients list shows up in the formulator for me, check these things....

-US white wheat is last on the list, is the program positioned on the screen where you might be able to see it in the drop down menu? have you tried searching for it in the formulator?

-In the ingredient list, it is listed as a "fermentable?"

Otherwise, shoot the creator an e-mail (Help-->Feedback). I have sent him a couple e-mails about things and he has gotten back to me in a timely manner.

Hope it works out, I have been using BA for over 2 years and like it quite a bit.

Ok....I figured it out. The batch type was coming up as extract, which apparently limits your available fermentable to those that need to be converted through mash.
