Brewing this recipe again this weekend. Probably the best hefe I've had. Hopefully my ferm temps wont get out of hand. Diy fermentation chamber coming soon

I have tried making hefe about 10 times and it's always thoroughly mediocre... I am worried the LODO guys are right because it's the only variation I have not tried!
