I brewed a Belgian Dubbel partial mash BIAB about a month ago. Here is my recipe

Lb Oz
6 0 Castle Belgian Pilsner Malt
3 4 Briess GOLD LME
1 2 Briess Dark DME
1 0 Candi Sugar, Clear
0 4 Aromatic Malt
0 4 Biscuit Malt
Batch size: 5.2 gallons

USE TIME OZ VARIETY FORM AA
boil 60 mins 1.0 Hallertau pellet 4.6
boil 30 mins 1.0 Kent Golding pellet 5.3
boil 5 mins 1.0 Czech Saaz pellet 3.0
Boil: 4.0 avg gallons for 60 minutes

yeast
Safbrew T-58 Dry Yeast
Mr. Beer yeast

Using Hopville, as usual, I hit my predicted OG of 1.072. However, my predicted FG was 1.019. I hydro'ed at bottling today and I was at 1.010 (reading below the meniscus, could be 1.009)
In 8 batches, this is the first major difference. I've been off by a point or 2 either way, but nothing like this.

Any possible reason for this? Temp of wort was 67 F.

That yeast ferments pretty dry, IIRC.

I fermented fairly low, in the 62-64 range. I guess I got better attenuation than expected.

62-64° was the temperature of the room?

Temperature of the ice/water bath surrounding it for the first 3 weeks. At least thats what my 2 stick on thermometers said. Then I took it out and the temp was around 68 for the last week.
