Survivorman (Les Stroud) does it without a camera crew! It is just him alone!

Bear Grylls did one show where he did not have a support staff to save him. The show was a four part show where he took part in a French Foreign Legion Basic desert training course. Was pretty interesting. And was happy to see him get his "a$$ handed to him".

Bear Grylls might survive doing the crap he does, but I hate that show because if someone watches him and then gets into a sticky outdoors situation, they are dead. Les Stroud is much better and teaches things that can actually be used by a real person without a support crew.

But they're different shoes. Man vs wild isn't a survivor show, in fact they tell you not to do that stuff. Survivor man is a survivor show, obviously. Then of course you have the show survivor, which is even worse.

Effin hilarious, I've never seen that. I always thought he was a bit of a d-bag, and that stuff is obviously staged. And the fact that a camera crew comes along makes it seem even less authentic. His show is basically him eating sh!t.

Les Stroud is kick ass though. The dog sledding episode was one of my favorites.
