BCS-462 for fermentation temperature control?

I happened to have come into the possession of a BCS-462 brew controller and can’t find a lot of info on programming it. Any one have some insight on how to program it to control a motorized ball valve for cooling a jacketed fermenter on a chilled glycol loop? If someone can get me started, I can probably figure out the rest. Just haven’t seen this kind of programming before. Thanks in advance for any help you may have to offer.
