Hello,

I was going to brew this morning until I started up my Bayou Classic SQ14. I noticed gas escaping from the air shutter. Anyone else had this issue?

No but if you get a boil over that spills down into the burner it can clog it up and the gas has to go somewhere......
Were you getting a normal flame at the burner?

Make sure the plenum is clean as is the orifice. Dust, dirt, plant debris and especially spider webs could be inside clogging things up.

I can check it out when I get a chance. It has been really cold here. A friend said I should try to move the stand and tank it to a warmer location. Then bring it back outside and try again.
