Was just wondering if anyone has used the Bayou Classic 1062 (40.5 gallon) Kettles for brewing? I'm building my single tier stand and these seem like the best quality for the size. Brewers Hardware sells 47 gallon kettles but they are extremely expensive. As in $2,300 for 3 with shipping. The Bayou Classics are roughly $380-$390/each shipped. I've looked everywhere for them. They are 2mm thick which was the reason I liked them over anything 1.2mm. Any advice? Suggestions? Thanks in advance! -Duffys

what are they made of, stainless or alum? I have a 20 gal alum pot with 3/16 thick walls I gave 40 bucks for at a flea market. DuraWare from Italy, I like it!!
