so i pitched 28g's premier blanc, s. baynus...into a brown ale at 7:30pm...it's 10:30pm now here's a first look, and yeah, i opened the lid....lol

it's just the pilot, hoping to have something like this in the morning....

i've always assumed sparging with star-san was good enough?

well, i always use gluco in my beers...but with the baynus, this is the first time it's actually tasted watery......hmmm, next batch is getting more chocolate, rye and barley...maybe some roasted barley.....
