My type of beer event:

https://www.eventbrite.com/e/san-francisco-beers-made-by-walking-tapping-event-tickets-38165710668

Come out Saturday, November 11 to taste placed-based craft beers from local brewers inspired by Bay Area landscapes at the third annual San Francisco Bay Area Beers Made by Walking Tapping Event!

The hike-inspired beers were created as part of a collaboration between local brewers, Beers Made By Walking, and Sutro Stewards. Sutro Stewards led the public and 18 brewers on hikes throughout Mount Sutro in the geographic center of San Francisco.

Also, trails on Mt. Sutro in SF are a nice escape if you have not been. Well designed and built for hikers and bikers.

Went to the event in Denver and it was fantastic.

Well that's interesting. Tho honestly chances that a brewery that doesn't regularly BA beers does a BA beer that turns out 1) Good+ 2) not infected are fairly low.

Anyone going to the Bistro BA Fest today? A friend and I were thinking of going, but I haven't heard much about the event in a few years and can't seem to find any beer lists posted online from the recent past to see if it's going to be worth the price of admission.

Anyone here have some extra Alvarado St. cans they'd like to trade? I'm putting a care package together for a friend and would love to grab another few cans from those guys; I've already put together some crowlers of Fieldwork to send over.

Maybe something from one of the recent releases?

Let me know; I can trade beer, mead, cash, or ass.

Just noticed that CBS has Vigneronne (on site). Anyone know how much it costs? Do on-site Cantillons usually sit around?

(I'm just sad that I never ended up finding '16 or '17 Vig while in Europe.)

So does anyone get BCBS Coffee except for CBS? I'm very confused by the distro, since e.g. K&L gets Northwoods but not Coffee. And did any stores get Reserve at all? (Most of my favorite bottle shops just get the regular, if any.)

I honestly don't care that much, just want to figure out the cryptic BCBS variant distro for future years.

Also, get it while it's hot: https://www.klwines.com/p/i?i=1333460

Whole Foods Franklin and Potrero each got a case of BCBCS.

City Beer obviously got Reserve but apparently there's another distro of Bourbon County variants still in the pipes.
