Fun time today. Quick 36 hour trip up from San Diego. Fieldwork PaulineVsSteve and Alvarado Yeast Driven were definite highlights. Pizza port was delicious too, but I'm extremely biased.

Great meeting BrandoSF and blackgnome and also always amazing seeing some very familiar faces. Headed down to San Jose to get irresponsibly inebriated on aqui's sangria swirls because nobody does fake Mexican food like the bay.

Edit: and the Lagunitas pseudo cannabis creation, that **** was delicious. Keene Idea too, but that just hangs around Alpine for growler fills these days

You came up here and didn't tell me??? Jerk!

Tried some of the beers last night. Have to say that Lagunitas Super Critical is the most interesting beer I've tried in a long time. Smells and tastes like a bag of weed in the best way imaginable. Flawlessly executed.
Could not agree more. It tasted like an edible. That one & the 2 SARA beers were the standouts. There were also a couple duds, but the list was pretty damn solid top to bottom.

I think the only improvement I would make of legality was no object is to add cbd to the beer as well.

Just noticed T-30 available at Toronado has a different label from the one available at RR.
The RR one has less details on the front label and is missing the story of the relationship between Dave and Vinnie.
Does it cost less than $40 at RR? That price is a joke.

Yes. It's $20
Can confirm. Pretty decent beer, but lololololol at anyone who paid $40 for it. Orval is $8 for a 330 and better.

Incidentally, good to find out that the paisano is still the truth. It's been so damn long since I'd been to RR, I like the changes they've made (no more trough!).

Beachwood, Pizza Port and FW

T30.

Celery beer is not rly celery anymore.
Pizza Port collab is tasty as hell.
FW collab is some good ****.

Alright I'm finally ticking t30. I'd buy the **** out of this at $15/750. When is Russian river going to make the Sonoma Pride beers again?
Bought 1 this weekend before having on tap...which I then promptly returned for Santification. T-30 was gross. Wish I didn't buy the bottle.

To each his own.

Beautification on tap was pretty swell. Still don't understand the $20/375ml price point tho. Passed on that.
Welcome to beer 2017. It seems like you have been missing the last few years as we got to this point?

Been a slow, but steady progression to get here. It has not just suddenly happened.
