Fun fact: that guy was the beer buyer for Perry's for a while after that Beat selling fiasco. He may still be for all I know. So it makes perfect sense why he was defending them

If that is the same guy I am thinking about, I've been to some releases with his friends and I talked smack about Perry's doing that and they said their friend works there now and is trying to improve their image.

Apparently it didn't work? Meh who cares.

They usually put on two kegs a day for two weeks, at least. The first keg goes on in the morning when they open, and the second goes on later (5ish?)

Get there around opening mid-week and you'll get plenty.

Thanks! I already lucked out at Monk's (15 minute wait, woo!) but some of my friends expressed interest in going and I'd prefer to take them somewhere without a 5-hour wait. (Though, not sure how tenable that would be at Toronado on weekends...)

T already blew through a lot of their allocation over last weekend.

If you're on their FB group, they might have just made a pertinent announcement...

I agree, but on the other hand, they did cancel their BW festival due to "lack of interest". It would be a shame if they had to scale down their other events for the same reason.

Was at CBS last Thursday and asked about it. I was with a friend who had never had it. I received the usual line about how there are so many better beers out there. I rolled my eyes and said yeah I know and I have had others. Was just asking about younger though.

They open at 11:30. Just get there at noon or 12:30 and you'll be fine.
